Description: This painting is done in honor of all those who joined in the fight for civil rights, to all of the generations who fought and to this day are still fighting to save the US as people of color, while at the same time fighting for equal justice for all.
The African print, lace, tribal collar on the girl is in honor of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg as it represents the lace collar she would wear over her robe. She empowered women, and inspired little girls, and hopefully boys too, all around the globe.
